You will receive an email and/or text message to confirm whether you will be filing a current year tax return. This will be included in your inital consultation.

Letter
You will receive an email notification once your engagement letter is ready for e-signature within your Tax Portal

Tax Organizer
(new clients)
You will receive an email once your current year tax organizer is ready to complete within your Tax Portal.

Upload Documents
Upload documents through our secure Tax Portal.
New Clients can register for a new account from the login page.
All documents must be uploaded by April 1 to avoid a potential filing extension.

Wrap-Up Appointments
We will reach out to you to review your tax return and answer any questions.

Review, Sign & Pay
Review your tax return, complete signatures, and pay your invoice.

We accept cash, most major cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, CashApp, and Venmo
A 3% fee will be added for credit card payments but can accept Zelle, Apple Pay, CashApp, and Venmo with no additional fees.
